I'M lost in the desert....

Firstly there is nothing be ashamed of.

Majority of the people face or faced these kind of problems. Probably some with phones, some with drugs, some gambling and some just lazy or lack motivation.

Understand all those day in a life vblogs are just scripted. No one has a perfect routine (majority of us).

First things first. You already have identified the issue. Phone addiction. So the next step is to limit yourself from using it.

Withdrawal is hard, but do it. The feeling of abstinence is rewarding and generates happy harmones.

Get into some hobbies, gardening, long walk in a park, books(not ebooks or kindle) or figure something out

I can see a lot of FOMO in your post. Don't worry no one has a perfect life.

All should be well

hello ladies and gentlemen's,
I'm not trying to be in childish or in mentally weak position or seeking sympathy,
I'm talking about the damn phone..
Like i literally quite every bad habit you can think of, smoking, corn, stay up late, I'm going to the gym everyday, but there is always something missing, the most hard addiction is the phone, i spend most of my free time on the phone, on Instagram reels and facebook reels too( i know it's weird) but yeah and i know the obvious answer is to learn a skill or do something good like learn a new language or do anything that will make me some money but it's really hard like it's really really to let the phone go or don't waste any time, plus I'm so so confused like I'm in the most confused and lost position in my life, (i want to make money but i know i should be patient and work hard and then no i should make money in a fast and easy way, but i should learn a skill first! Naah you don't have to) i don't know why the f*ck our brain function in that way, tell me if you're familiar with this.
you can first try to limit your time on the apps by limiting the timer on the Digital Well being settings on your phone.

Or you can go straight cold-turkey by deactivating those apps.
I thought of that many times but unfortunately my country forces me to keep at least facebook so if something happened in my city it's the only way to know, I'm not happy with that because it drain's my mental power completely
I don't think this ""forces" you to keep facebook, there are other ways to be updated.

if you need stronger intervention, you can always go back to the old school talk-text-only/ dumb phones.

regarding productivity, you can also look into the Pomodoro technique and start with even just 10 minute blocks, then keep progressing with the length of time to focus.

finally, stop making excuses, and start acting on your goals. First, write them down, make sure your goals are SMART- Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. then make action plans for each goal.

The phone isn’t the real problem.
It’s just a distraction — a way to avoid something deeper: yourself.

Plato said many live trapped by shadows, thinking they’re reality.
Hermeticism teaches: “All is within.”
But how can you find anything inside if you never stop to look?

Do you really know what you like?
What you think when the world goes quiet?
Can you write down your feelings, thought patterns, desires — and honestly say: “this is truly mine”?

Or have you just absorbed other people’s thoughts and emotions without noticing?

Start by observing your inner patterns.
Write them down.
Then ask: Is this mine?
If not — where did it come from? When? Why did I take it in?

That’s how self-awareness begins.
And with it, real freedom.

The answer isn’t to do more or run faster.
It’s to stop.
Turn inward.
And listen to the silence.

Yes — silence speaks too.
And sometimes, it’s the only voice that actually knows who you are.

That’s where real consciousness lives.
That’s where remembering begins.
Wow, i didn't get a notification about this but your reply really had me thinking in a new way, thank you for taking the time to write this.

Sorry for my delay but i didn't get a notification about this, it's not technically a FOMO because i live in some place that have a lot of things going on(bad things) so when that thing happens i will need my phone to know what it is, but actually you're right i don't need the phone that much i just need to know what is the right thing or the right path i should be taking in the online market, thank you very much.
Have you tried sex? With a real human being?
It's not a porn addiction problem like i said i have my time almost full but i need to start making money while i use the phone so i don't waste a time on Instagram about the sex thing, yes but that doesn't mean that makes me full because i still have responsibilities like (making money of course), about your second question who do people have sex with nowadays? Animals, robots?

You're right but believe me if i had the money that i don't need to work from my phone i will literally throw my phone out of the window right now, my goals? I really didn't look to that that much and it's doesn't matter that much either i just want to make money for me and my family but thanks for your solutions i will look into that pomodoro technique and the writing , thank you bro.
