AMP or responsive theme? which is better for SEO ?

its a long time since I used AMP plugins and themes for wordpress, but for a big change I have to use responsive theme for my shop
considering my main users come from mobile devices, which is the better option for me and the users? AMP themes and plugins for responsive designs

If majority of your visitors come from mobile devices then it's better to stick to AMP. People have a short attention span these days, they just close the window if it doesn't load in 2 seconds.

No, google doesn't necessarily see it as a blog. But I missed the part where you mentioned it's a shop, in my opinion, drop AMP for ecom, you can still improve your loading speed by optimizing your site, specially images.
