I’m putting in effort for YouTube shorts but very little rewards. I’m doing exactly what those in my niche are doing but it seems like I’m stuck in the 1k jail. What helped you? Buy views?

Improve the quality of your videos. Change your approach. Try something different. Conduct some tests. Do not keep creating the same thing everyday expecting a different result...and don't waste money buying views, it won't give you the traction you want.

Boosting your shorts or long form videos with youtube services does help the channel to enter the algo, however do it in a natural way, buy likes, shares, comments, likes etc in proportion to how many views you will be buying, also make sure the services you buy are good quality services from a reputable panel.

Before you do the above, do a small experiment as well, upload 15-20 shorts videos in your channel and if all videos are getting the same result that is stuck in the 100-1000 views limit, then delete the videos and re-upload it to a new channel, sometimes certain channels randomly won't give you any views even if your doing everything right.

I too am of the opinion that buying views can help pad your numbers by that much but if you rely on it to push your content into the algo's sightlines, then the content itself must have some inherent value. Otherwise you'll be hurting your own reach and standing with the algo if it sees that after the initial influx of views, you don't really get engagements or retention from it. For most parts, Youtube seems to have a system to identify botted views and once you've been flagged, they'll stop pushing your content to real people.

I think just Focus on strong hooks, high retention, trending audio, and your unique twist. Don’t just copy others or buy views.

Certainly! Here’s a more professional and confident reply from the perspective of someone who has helped others through this issue:

I understand where you’re coming from, many creators hit that "1k wall" early on, even when they’re following what others in the niche are doing. I’ve worked with several channels facing the same issue, and in most cases, it came down to refining content strategy, especially the hook, pacing, and retention tactics. Buying views isn’t a sustainable solution and often hurts more than it helps. If you don’t mind, feel free to DM me. I’d be happy to take a quick look and give you some practical guidance based on what’s worked for others I’ve helped

I tried adding trending sounds and made my videos shorter. That helped boost views without buying. Sometimes small changes work better than paid views.

I used to buy views for youtube videos, at that time the video was very popular
but after a while the video was flagged and didn't gain any views

I've seen people get shadowbanned by that, but I've also seen one that suddenly got 10k views instantly and organically after that. I didn't even know it would work but somehow it might...

Buying views from untrusted sources or bots will cause your videos or channels to be flagged or even blocked from being recommended to users.
Generate organic views from your own friends and family; at the same time, ask them to help their friends support views. You can pay these strangers a small amount of money to motivate them to help you.

This, shorts must be less then 30 seconds to increase views..longer than that decrease chance for going viral

i feel you, youtube shorts can be tough to break out of the 1k zone. Buying views might help, but focusing on engagement and consistency usually works better long-term. what’s your content about?

I have since retired from doing youtube shorts and sticking with long form content for now. I plan to get back into posting daily shorts once I have monetized my main long form channel

I've bought YT views before but only for long-form, didn't notice any significant algo boost. Running actual YT ads did help with an algo boost though. I find YT views help more with social proof rather than anything.

OP there are few important points which you need to keep into consideration

You need to make good number of youtube shorts
Unique videos
Shorts should get HR views
You need to target niche area else no one will be interested to view your shorts.

I used the same approach and got my channel monetized .

Amazing stuff I somewhat learned enough about long form content and how to get views but I am yet to figure out shorts... You post meme-like videos?

This will be very risky for your channel, if the views are bots and not real human interactions. Consider carefully before hiring a partner to increase views for your youtube videos.
Good luck!

It helps But making sure that you get view from real viewers youtube will get the sources always so bad if you buy it from an paid platform , Post your videos in Groups , Send it to people who like content like yours make an group and send vidoe to them , this can provide an sources of tragetted traffic for you out
