The 'What Are You Playing Right Now?' thread

Anything Warhammer 40K or by Larian Studios. Huge story-driven RPG fan. Generally started limiting myself to gaming only on Saturday &/or Sunday evening & not during the week to focus on work. I've swung between no gaming for 6 month stretches to binge playing in the week, so have been trying to switch up into a more chill rhythm of 'Ok I want to play games but can't let it overtake my life, so this seems like a reasonable way to drip feed the drug'.

The same thing I've been playing the last 5 years. Eve Online. It's my 2nd, 3rd, and 4th job I think. Even following up on all the networking from Fanfest in Iceland last month... in between Eve I'm on an Oathbreaker Paladin in Baldurs Gate 3.

Oh, and in real life, away from the PC, I'm a Storyteller for a Vampire the Masquerade game.

I only play Counter-Strike 2 but there are way too many cheater in my premiere rank right now. It's an absolute nightmare. I should play cs2 on face it but people are toxic there and I want fun.

I also play clash royale, only the 2v2 mode with some funny decks just to troll my opponents.

i stopped gaming years ago (mainly played MMORPGs and CS1.6/Quake3), but am patiently awaiting the release of GTA6. in the mean time i'm a little curious about the new DOOM, having not played that series since the OG back in the 90's. have any of yall played it and if so, is it worth it? i see it is not multiplayer

i never got into Eve but it always did look fascinating! that video of the "biggest battle ever" seemed fun, as well as all of the robberies and other shenanigans folks get up to

Started playing Ori and the Blind Forest after finishing SteamWorld Dig 2. Really enjoying the start of it, just love this kind of game, and I'm sure I'll play the sequel straight after.
