How much for traffic just from the U.S? Can you target specific states?
$20 for the US...Unfortunately though, we cannot target states.

Yes you can do that. The smallest amount of hits that can be allocated to one url is 10,000 though.
I'm couldn't say exactly how successful that would be, it would depend on what exactly you were offering the browsers. Youtube has changed their site tracker which has affected how we can send the traffic there. I doubt your account would get banned but they are cracking down lately, even implementing the policy of halting video views at 309 if they see any suspicious activity.
Yep its pretty flexible. Rarely, maybe even never, do we have difficulty accommodating a customer's speed requests
