I've now been on the trial since the start of the week and thought I would leave some quick feedback.
Communication has been great, and so far my targeted keywords are now ranked on page1.
However should be said that shortly before starting the trial I had other seo work done on the same keywords.
So I can't say exactly which seo work had the best effect, but thumbs up for customer service.

1)Would they come with a report stating where my links where placed? (So I can confirm)
