This case is a dispute against @MetaRank Solutions

The deal was that he would create a high quality website for me for $400. We agreed on that and our conversation on blackhatworld proved it. However, his worker was the one creating the website for us instead of him. His worker delivered very low quality of work. He simply copied a template and changed a few words here and there. Nothing high quality about that. We had a whole layout, but it was not followed even after payment.

He has not responded to the messages and is not interested in pursuing this deal anymore. I want my refund as his worker did not deliver the service.

Apparently he has a worker who was informed to do the work.

However, his worker only uses whatsapp, not telegram.

So Metarank_Solutions told me to speak to his worker on whatsapp

The worker works under metarank_solutions, so it is even more confusing that Metrarank_solutions is using someone else to finish my work instead of him finishing the requirements laid out

No, the website was no where complete. Copying a template does not mean that a website is complete. We had a whole format laid out and it was not executed for 5 days.

I work with my relative on communicating what needed to be done with the website, but you guys kept going against it and trying your own things.

Only thing delivered to us is just a replica of a template, which is very easy to do.

This was the website that was made by them. My relative was heartbroken to see that this was the only done in 5 days of work.

Here the theme is very accessible by many people. It's nothing new. Simply using a template that other websites have overused does not equate to a high quality website.

There was way too many things that needed to be added to the website, but his worker gave us too much of a hard time. He told us to meet at a certain time and canceled. I understand that he apologized to us. But five days of work for this is not sufficient for any client on BHW

@SettingSun77, in start i connect with my asistant who made the website but they didn’t like the work so they complained to me, i told them to wait for 2 days and then after 2 days I messaged them to set meeting but they didn’t respond, i am still here to do work for them but atill dont gives response on my message
