Affiliate marketing on Reddit?

Hi all,

I have finally been ranked for one of my posts on Reddit (12th to be exact).

I’ve done this without optimising my actual post yet as I’ve kept it feeling quite personal at the moment. I’ve acquired upvotes and numerous comments that have included the key word which I think has helped.

My next help is to optimise my actual post content after a couple more days but at that point I’d like to incorporate some affiliate links. How am I best going about this? Is there anyone else doing this at the moment that can help?

adding link on post on subreddits can get comment profile suspend/shadow ban but if managing own subreddit to post it doesn't effect and can get index including link in post.

I’ve created my own sub for this too.

However this post is in a niche sub that I’m hoping can slide under the radar

I think you should write the introduction as a comment on the main post from another account, this will protect your account from being banned, reddit bans very quickly

Feel like I’ve built trust, posting replies and upvotes in the niche sub. Done a couple of posts myself.

Is it Reddit itself or the mods in the subs that are picky?

I think you'll probably get busted. Don't assume its as easy as what it has been so far. If you want to stop your domains from getting blacklsited, and then no amount of accounts will allow you to promote your shoortner or website links.

Once a link is placed, forget about it, and don't try to see it again, record everything about it, so you don't make too manny posts inteh same subreddit and stuff, and expose your self to self limiting ideas like 1/2 post a week/month in each subreddit at most. Things that keep you surviving, you want to affiliate market, not run around rebuilding accounts and assets to get back on the platform.

I have 1 account, and I plan to keep it like that, I'm happy with my vision and usage of the account, and I've only had 1 major warning for copying a meme in a big subbredit so it won't happen again, and I doubt from my marketing I'll get noticed or considered a spammer, just a content creator, with content and value to share.
