I have a client with a competitor copying it's GMB profile, but i can't delete that profile using the Google report form (can't remember the name now). What do you suggest?

What is the best strategy to rank on a low-competition country ( for example for : e-commerce products )

you mean selecting businesses and doing the service for free then later calling them? but what would I offer if the service has already been done?

In face, never offer free service.

Offer a money-back guarantee if your leads are not legitimate.

But, do it the same hour they request information.

If they are not interested, someone will be as that is one of the easiest ways to generate revenue online.

Thats not a free service. Offering one or two leads will not kill him. I started like that. Once he build a name he will be able to ask for money.
 
Are google ads workers ignoring policy violation when people pay for their ads?

When someone is paid to add a GMB and gurantees 15 days up, they can do this because they are a ad worker or work for google or have a insider?

How many links can i add in a short period of time without a penalty? Like every week, every 5 days?

Links doesnt help for gmb ranking.
Ads and GMB are not linked.
Idk about insider but I offer 30 days gurantee.

Big money is everywhere in local seo. As long that you have a client ready to pay for it.
