I have heard this 1000 times. At the end everyone concludes with "you need to own the listing in order for me to verify it". Why would I need you if it is my listing?

It dépends on some factor. If you are triying to steal the listing from someone that still have the domain name ownership it will not work. If you have the domain name ownership but not access to gmail we can claim it. Please stay nice and dont be agressive

Which factors? If listing/place was created years ago on google maps, it does not have a website, just an address, can you verify it as yours?It dépends on some factor. Ok, I'm having some problems now hope you can give me some tips.
I have a unique brand name, when googled it used to be the 1st rank on google.
Even when there was some "under construction" broken content on the site it ranked first.
And now, when finally, I managed to build everything perfectly. Optimize my method and make sure everything works flawlessly.
My site disappeared of the face of the google earth. So when I google mysite123, mysite123.com is nowhere to be seen.
Fortunately, when I google mysite + relevant keyword it comes up.
What I'm thinking is when I was uploading an updated version of the site today, it was kind of broken and only showed a white screen (under an hour).
Do I have any hope my ranking comes back? It's a unique brand keyword that no one really is going to google by themselves, and my marketing relies on astroturfing the keyword without links.
I kind of feel pissed as I solved a unique problem, expecting to start astroturfing today and making money only to find out the thing a took for granted is fucked up.

By offering something that work. People are cold called every day by people that can’t deliver. If I were you I will start by ranking GBP in a city then sending the call for free to a business owner. After one week you reach him and you say that you were the guy sending him calls and if he wants to you can send him more calls if he agrees to pay your fées. If he doesnt want you try with an other one.
