Offer free content, make them subscribe to a newsletter. You can monetize the newsletter with ads, premium subscriptions.

Also, it great to post on LinkedIn groups for more exposure.

My industry is IT, and I have heard posting on the groups is a great way to get more exposure, but from my experience they are like ghost towns.
