I've been hearing a lot from ad account service providers lately. They say that all ad accounts when used are ''hold''

After the ad reaches the spending threshold you need to pay, Meta will send the hold back after 2 weeks

My question: Is this the case for all accounts? Or is it just an algorithm for each account?

No, it’s not a rule for all ad accounts. The "hold" is triggered algorithmically based on several risk flags: fresh BM with no spending history, inconsistent fingerprint or device ID, jumpy IP (especially datacenter), or too aggressive behavior right after setup. I think it is algorithm for accounts.but with the current situation it has happened in almost all only a few are not held only about 5%.also a feature to avoid but the unit does not pay in full for the bills from FB
