Yes it is very very possible man. They are lots of them out there but they are all very hard to find.
About 'check moderation' well them blogs is waiting for the moderator/owner/webmaster of the site to approve your comments. All you can do with them is keep track on them and wait for the comment to get live. My suggestion? Use a backlink checker for this to track all your previous comments that needs moderation. This way you won't have to check on them again 1 by 1. There are a few sites that services this type of backlink checking system for free.
Tip: If you see a **************** blog with posting that are very unrelated to the article page. That is a **************** autoaccepting blog. But dont spam it too much. Sometimes the moderator checks on them and there will ba a 40% chance your comment will be deleted as well. So keep your comment as relevant as you can.
