Follow and unfollow is a very very old trick on Pinterest. You don't need followers to drive traffic from Pinterest. Follow and unfollow bots are a waste of time.

Back in the day, it was really easy with iMacros. But now, iMacros doesn’t support chrome anymore. You might be able to find a similar tool.

Pinterest works best growing a few HQ accounts, not really with bots like follow/unfollow. Even then still, the traffic quality is awful. I will never stop hating on pinterest traffic quality
