Removing metadata from re-uploads using Capcut?

I've read that you should try to remove metadata from downloaded content made by other people. Is there anything specific I need to do to bypass both Instagram and TikTok's algorithm that flags it?

In CapCut, exporting the video usually strips most metadata, but to be extra safe, you can re-encode the file using a screen recording or run it through a basic video editor again. Also, try changing up clips slightly -- like cropping, filters, or speed -- to help avoid detection.
