I'm wondering how deep you guys are going with the tracks you distribute. Are you guys registered with a PRO? Are you guys with a publisher?

I'm an actual artist/producer that also farms a little on the side; I forgot about my publisher account where only a few tracks are registered and noticed there was about $500 just sitting there and then thought "Damn, if I register ALL the tracks that I've distributed, spotify farming might actually be more profitable than I thought."

Farming spotify is incredibly difficult, I've yet to see anyone actually do it here. Just a bunch of talk

That’s a solid realization! Registering all your tracks with a PRO and keeping up with your publishing could definitely maximize your earnings. A lot of artists leave money on the table by not tracking their royalties properly. Are you thinking of fully committing to it now?

*fixed* Farming spotify is incredibly difficult for you.

Farming spotify, like most things worth it, is a lot of trial and error to find what works and sticks. Also a bit of money during the testing.

TLDR: Farming spotify isn't difficult and still works.

So write a detailed guide on how to do it

are most of you registering your tracks with a PRO? wondering if I’m missing out on uncollected royalties.
