How about? Googling and reaching out to website owners one by one asking for free placements.

I do use this method either. I want to use all sources of info

It is impossible to find free links in a specific niche. You can only place all free links on sites without a specific topic.

If you dont care about website niche anyway that free backlinks what you can use is not so quality for making good results in a Google.
