i need to reach DR 90 for Ecommerce website

Does anyone know any good method or way to get DR 90 quickly even if paid but not over 150$ since my budget is super low, i have a ecommerce website that is at 56 DR and DA 31 i need to boost it to get sales in UAE region only.
i've tried many backlinks paid and it didnt do me shit, i've tried traffic boost same shit, i've bought over 1k backlinks and didnt move a thing
i need an effective way to do this and if someone here is good at getting sales for mobile & car accessories i will be interested in paying him monthly 100$ if he can get sales or run successful campaigns once in a month.
whoever is serious and knows what he is doing can message me so please dont spam my inbox with your dead offers to ruine more my domain and my website which is not getting any sales in the first place.

To get higher DR you need backlinks with DR higher than yours. You can buy tonns of lq backlinks with DR lower than yours and your DR won't move. Target on high DR backlinks (>85)

31k backlinks.... Maybe try to review your backlink profile and use disavow tool to cut off low DR domains.

I think the main question is why do you think having a domain with DR90 is going to help with ecommerce sales? I can see the need if you're selling link placements on a content/editorial site, but DR has no relevance or influence on actual product sales.

Perhaps people just don't see the value in your products if you're selling the same thing as Aliexpress.
