I got offer from someone of 1000$ but i have invested more than that should i sell it off ?
540$ Of gig is still in fiverr where the Seller guarantees 25$-50$ a month, its been year and I haven't seen any results.
its constant thou this year its clicks have increased but conversions are less.
This month it was 436 clicks but only 4 sales.

Please guide what should I do ? work on website or look for better offers ?

You have 1 successful income stream. Well done. Why not grow it, and add more, instead of trying to get rid of it, and get cash upfront, but then be asset poor again?

it is great work honestly dont stop now

54$ in year doesn't look great to me sadly....any suggestion on how much value is it worth ?

so it means its not even worth 1000$ ?
You want me to be your human calculator now? :D I told you the industry average ratio. If you can sell to someone who is a fan of the niche you might get a bit more yes.

so should i target cycle/bike based buyers ?
can it be sold via bhw sellers program at price above this ?

It's up to you, it seems that the offer is more than fair. If you are still interested in pursuing the project, keep at it and take the fact that somebody is willing to part with some cash for it as motivation. After all, if they didn't see potential, they wouldn't be making you such an offer.

I suggest you to sell it, However priorily I want to know why you have purchased the website. In a year its gived on $54-70, This is not that relevant. A year is a lot of time to invest if its not working good in whole year, I advise you to go with another plan. You should not waste more time, Invest another time to create a new plan with your experience with this website.

Not all investments pan out. Your investment up to this point is actually irrelevant to the choice you have right now. It's about the future, not about the past. The question you should be asking yourself is whether you believe you will be able to earn more than what is being offered. It's also OK to not want to accept the bid you have received and to try and see if you can make the project profitable. Even if you failed, you would know you have tried and you would have learnt new things. Just be aware of the sunk cost fallacy.
