No, RankerX only supports the platforms and web2.0s that it has hard-coded submitters for. You can't just give it any random register page and hope it can sign up and then work out where and how to post a link.

Not that I know of. Submission software needs to be trained really to know what workflow to use for signing up and posting content. There is the odd bot out there that will blindly attempt to register to anything it finds, but that sort of approach will only work on the simplest of sites nowadays.

If you can identify what platforms your target sites are using you can maybe narrow down and find a software to suit your needs, or have one created.
