I want to promote VPN with X Ads, I just registered an account and paid for Blue Premium with a virtual credit card.
This prompt will appear after the advertising content is reviewed.

Does anyone know why this is? Do I need an old account to use X Ads?

They do this to every newly opened account, create another account for yourself, enter an ad with more normal content, wait a few days for the ad to spend, then enter your own ad, the problem will be solved.

vpn is doesn't matter for twitter, that's not a problem

use old acc + viaturl credit card。I don't know where to get a virtual card that can be used for x ads promotion.
