You should be using anti-detect browsers when managing multiple accounts on the same device, otherwise you’re risking getting your WebRTC/fingerprint leaked and the account shadowbanned.

Also make sure you’re using clean proxies, many of which are sold tend to be already abused IPs.

Reddit allow you to have multiple accounts. In theory, your idea would be accepted by Reddit.
But here's the catch: If they will ban 1 account, all the others will drop like flies.
They can ban for a lot of reasons:
- Upvote your own posts/comments.
- Spam.
- No reason (yes, they have the ingeniosity to ban genuine accounts out of the moon).

So, no: Don't do that.

You could for smaller amount of accounts, for larger amounts you will need to modify your browser settings quite a bit. But that is essentially making your own mini anti detect browser though.
So if you don't want to waste time with that easiest is to just buy some of the already available anti detect browsers.

As long as your proxy is good and you clean your cookies/cache then you can use the same browser.

Technically yes but only if you change ip and nuke cookies each time, however, that's not as secure and your device may leak data doing this way. You can still be tied together with browser fingerprinting though. Cookies + ip changes = good
