You usually create the business account first, then link your page to it. It doesn't typically create itself automatically from the page you build. Just set up your business account directly and then add your existing fan page.

Creating a fanpage is simple, but to automatically attach BM with the same name and avatar, Facebook currently does not support it directly. The practical solution is that you still have to create BM manually or through a reputable agency - both fast and avoid the risk of locking your account midway.
