Are there proxy companies for gads?

I'm looking for a Google Ads agency or service provider that can handle the entire process for me, including:

• Creating and managing the ad campaigns
• Running the ads through their own verified account
• Paying for the ad spend directly (not using my own account)
• Providing me with an invoice (either in advance or after the ad spend) for tax purposes

Important: I do not want to verify or use my own Google Ads account. Everything should be handled by the provider.
