I've been multi-accounting (for advertising purposes) since around 2018-2019-ish. What I've learned is that you need to warm things up really well and you need to have all of your parameters being consistent.

For example, mobile IPs will often show the location of the cellular provider's data center when queried. If you're not intending for Meta to think you're using a mobile device, a residential ISP proxy is better than mobile (in my own experience, for advertising use case only, YMMV).

Here is my stack: Multilogin X (not free, but works flawlessly), SOAX residential proxies (SOAX allows you to filter for ISP, so I use Comcast or Spectrum residential IPs), REAL profiles (acquired by paying a real person for access, not farmed BS accounts).

When multi-accounting, always ask yourself: "How would a real, legitimate user appear in this situation." - Always try to behave as a real user would and you will encounter less bans/checkpoints.
