My profile was checked on phone numbers. But now I no longer use this phone number. I still use that mail. Does someone know how to get this profile back?

It's really a headache when it comes to recovering FB profiles.
Follow the steps they will suggest. Mostly they verify the profiles via OTP sent to your phone number, but you've no longer access to your number. So click on "try another way", sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't.
Also, they can ask you to verify your account with your identity or try to contact support (if possible).

Pro tip: Use the device that you mostly used to login your profile or logged in recently.

If the email is still accessible, there is still a way to get it back. Skip the number part, choose to send the code via email, reset the password and you can get back in. If you are asked to verify the old number, wait a few hours or try again with another IP.

If the profile only requires confirmation by phone number, is there any other way?

If you have verify your email to take it as your back up, there will be always a selection to take the code from, If it requires a video selfie as a proof, that will be very hard to take it back.

If the email is still accessible, it can still be retrieved.

I want to ask more clearly, is that when you click on Get start, the system sends a code to your old phone number? If so, there is no other way. Normally, in these cases, we cannot use this profile anymore but use another profile.

If your email was verified and set as a backup, there’s usually an option to get a code sent there. But if they’re asking for a video selfie to confirm, that part’s a lot trickier unfortunately

If you are still using the email associated with this account, you just need to request a code to be sent to your email and you can change your new phone number.

To get your profile back, sometimes it's very difficult. You just need to follow the instructions on Meta. If it doesn't work, you may have to contact Facebook support when necessary.

You can verify by email Choose that or you can get your account back by checking the authenticity of the profile

If you still have access to your email, there is a way to recover your account. Skip the phone verification step and choose to have the code sent via email to reset your password. If the system asks you to verify your old number, you can wait a few hours or try again with a different IP address.

Do you have a passkey or opened your account on another device? This will help you to login to your account on a new device without phone confirmation.

I know you do not have one, but those are the ways to log in to the accounts.

Open Facebook, click on forgot password, (try to do it with the device you recently used to access your profile). It will ask you to verify via number but check if there is any option like "try another way", if this option was there, click on it and see is there email present there or not, if yes, then it's good, if not then do not make multiple appeals and login attempt to your account.

Trusted Contact Option: If you have set up this option, there is a hope, open Facebook and click on forgotten account and you will see this option if you activated it before.

Last but not least: You do not have access to your phone number, check if that number is active and make a call to check if the number is active, and request the owner to share OTP with you (seems easy, but people won't trust).

Go to facebook.com/login/identify and enter your active email.
Choose email recovery instead of phone number.
Enter the confirmation code sent to your email and reset your password to recover your account.

But now FB does not give me my body with mail. It is imperative to my body with the phone number. So are there any to handle this case?

I went to the link as you said and FB forced to return the OTP to the phone number. So is there any other way?
