I have several Etsy shops in the same niche but for some accounts the Ads are just not spending.
It keeps at $2 daily even though I set it to $30. There are no views, the CTR is > 1%. The keywords are correct and I see more volume on other accounts I own.
What is the reason for this and how could it be fixed?

The reason your Etsy ads are not spending the full daily budget despite having correct keywords and a good CTR is likely due to Etsy’s ad algorithm distributing exposure among many shops in the same niche, which limits how much your ads get shown. Additionally, if the overall demand or buyer traffic for your products is low or seasonal, there simply may not be enough people to see your ads, causing low impressions and spend. Competition also plays a big role—if other sellers are bidding higher, your ads might get fewer impressions unless you increase your bids or budget. Frequent changes to your campaigns can cause the algorithm to reset, temporarily reducing ad delivery. It’s also possible that your shop or listings are not properly indexed in Etsy’s search system, which can prevent ads from showing well. To fix this, give the algorithm time (around 3-4 weeks) to optimize your ads without making frequent changes, increase your budget or bids gradually, focus on promoting listings that already have good organic sales, and continuously update your keywords based on current trends. Make sure your shop and listings appear in Etsy search results, and consider reaching out to Etsy support if you suspect indexing issues. Monitoring seasonal trends and testing different campaign structures can also help improve ad performance.

and if it doesn't work i advise you to contact an Etsy expert i also contacted an expert who help me with mine.

The main issue lies in the product you are selling, it may not have demand, so even if you try to set $30, the ads still do not spend much.

probably the product is not good for them to click even tho it is shown on the first row

Have you tried switching the off and then on again? :D

Etsy are just not good at managing their platform. Expect bugs and bad solutions everywhere. Exploit them when you can, accept them as an inevitable part of the game when you can't.

Something that could get your account unstuck sometimes is to only start the process of deleting your shop, but cancel it before the final step. It feels awful, but it sometimes work.

You can also reach out to support, but they tend to be pretty much useless.

Had the same issue before:( — turns out Etsy's ad algorithm just needs time to optimize. I stopped tweaking the campaign every day and gave it a solid 2-3 weeks to run. Also bumped up the budget and focused only on listings that were already getting some organic traction. That combo finally got the ads moving. Augmentez votre budget : si vous ne disposez que de 2 $ par jour, essayez d'augmenter votre budget à 30 $ et assurez-vous de le répartir sur vos produits. Vous pouvez également ajuster votre budget pour chaque produit individuellement.

to have success with etsy ads your shop need to be seo ready

Etsy Ads won’t always spend the full budget if Etsy’s system doesn’t see enough traffic or conversion potential for those listings.
Factors like shop history, listing quality score, reviews, and having multiple shops in the same niche can cause spend limits.
Improving SEO, images, and shop credibility usually helps unlock more impressions and ad spend.
If you’d like, I can review your shop setup and suggest fixes to get your ads delivering properly.
