Do a search almost all the social platforms for keywords like "DM for promotion" or something like that you'll find a lot of people today open to that.

Rates aren't cast in stone you can and should negotiate, both need each other.

Plus a lot of them on freelance sites way more affordable depending on region you'd like to get promotions from.

it is very possible especially if you have a lot of connections, influencers also value originality which means they want fresh and new contents rather than contents that are outdated.

Well it's easy to do but it really cost too much, a friend of mine did this with youtube guy and he took like $5k for promoting only.
