Did it happen to you?

I have a rules that I go by.

If it is another person at the end of the other channel that created certain bad moment, I ask to the person to say sorry and then I just move on.

Otherwise... I will still move on move in peace and keep growing, leave it behind. It won't matter in 1 month

I just forgive and forget after some time. Though pride does mess it all up so there is that too.

For me it hasn't happened once but many times over and over again.

I’d rather share my PayPal money generator method than talk about the memories I buried in the Lounge lol

But I’ll say this: Don’t block or ignore your memories. That coping mechanism doesn’t work long-term. They’ll come back one day as anxiety, pain, or worse.

You have to face them fully if you want to grow.

Letting go of memories that hurt and keeping ones that uplift, it's healthy sifting through life, like oil change to a car. It's highly necessary for efficient growth.

Open a thread here. You will be millionaire and forget about it. Life is beautiful with money.

I’m glad that our brain has the ability to forget. Letting go isn't weakiness, it's survival

I agree though I think it depends on the weight of the memory. Some just leave a deeper mark.

If you could let it go easily, it cant be an important memory. It will last as deep as it impacted in you.

All we can do is, just not giving any stronger value to those memories which you think is stopping you from moving on.

After waking up, it's another beautiful day. I don't hold grudges.

It may be thankfulness. Knowing that each situation good or bad is part of yourselves and part of our way of becoming.
Not forgetting, but letting go
