xReminisce no longer executive?

Again - thankfully Ai hasn’t taken over the world yet and it was you I was talking to not a staff member, ChatGPT ain’t so hot eh… try using your own god given brain with morals and values bud, unless of course you’re lacking in that department?

It's weekend my friend :)

It is indeed… go touch some grass or grab a beer, step away from the robot, it’ll fry your little mind son.

and its still not other peoples business
And why wouldn't it be?

Some people get to this place through recommendations, have been following people for years because of their content and place cemented in this place.

That has changed overnight without any type of announcement or warning. I get that from staff perspective it is not announcement worthy, but as a regular user it does come over as weird.

If it were 1 exec. getting demoted I would say alright it(sh*t) happens, but this was a whole group. Collectively responsible for over 100k+ messages excluding lounge.
Some have been here for over a decade.

Longer than most of the current staff.

It has been explained both in this thread and elsewhere why this course of action has been taken. There's nothing "weird" about it. We make dozens and dozens of administration and moderation decisions a day, 99.9% of which are done with no formal announcement or explanation. They're not dead, you know.

So you disagree that it couldn't be handled better?

What is "elsewhere" is that something I have access to?

This may sound harsh since you were not in the message I had send to Petra and DD but moderation can certainly be cranked up in certain sections. Going months back just to report section rule breaking content. Without any type of moderation done.

No idea how long you guys have monitoring the now lost Jr exec/exec. But it can certainly not been longer than 6 months. So quite fast on the uptake to mass demote but not on clearing certain subreddits which has been a pain. ( again what I stated to Petra and DD, you were not part of the chain. So probably out of the loop)

We handle all rule breaks the same way. This has been no different or exception. No member gets preferential treatment, regardless of their status or how long they've been here. You are perfectly within your rights to disagree with what has happened here but as you don't appear to have all the facts as to what has happened, you're not really in a place to judge one way or another.

I'm fully aware of the points you have raised, for the record. And this has got nothing to do with the discussion in question, which you've more than made your point in.

To answer everything for everyone, with respect. Everyone's happy(jr. exec, exec, staff), no matter the outcome. We've all got stuff to do.

Think of it as leaving room for the next generation of BHW geniuses!

Agree with that. New markets, new opportunities open up daily.
