At the end of the day, this isn’t the place for emotional arguments. Whether you have badges or not, what really matters is contributing something valuable. When you help others, share useful insights, or add something meaningful to a discussion, it strengthens the community; and that value often comes back to you in unexpected ways.
Helping others with a constructive reply or sharing real knowledge benefits everyone. That’s all I’m saying. Recognition is great, but in the long run, your actions and contributions are what really leave a mark.
I think this should be moved to the Forum Suggestions & Feedback section. Then, an admin should come forward and explain the rules that people couldn’t understand, and after that, close this.

If a person does not comply with the process to attain and remain an Exec, the badge is removed.
It is not a personal thing, nor is it shameful, as the process is in place to maintain high forum standards and they are still the same people.
