My Review so far:
I have to say webmasterassistant has replied promptly to all my PM's (except my last one). His/Her response to my PM's have been good.
In terms of the actual service i can not say i am all too happy to be honest. I made the payment on the 21st February and ordered 1000 submissions to be submitted over 4 days. I got a PM back straight away saying thanks for the order but then for the first 2 days i heard nothing back from webmasterassistant and had no emails to verify. The only time i had any communication from him/her was a reply to why i hadn't had any verifications come through to my email address. The response was instant and i was told the submissions would be started that night and he/she confirmed that over the next 4 days i would get 250 submissions each day.
The next day i checked my email and there were indeed emails back but only 100 and not the 250 as promised. 11 emails were asking for email verification and the remaining 89 said they will be in touch once my site was reviewed, which is to be expected i suppose. So, 3 days in and i have 100 submissions.
The following day i checked my email and there were no more emails waiting for me. I PM'd webmasterassistant that night asking why the delay and i was told "we are carrying out submissions on timely rotation basis and your order is little customized. so we need carry out only 250 per day".
He is right i did ask for 250 submissions a day but after 4 days i had only 100 submissions in total, so where are the rest? With regards my order being a little customized? WTF? I submitted all the information he/she requested and nothing more or less so what is customized? I couldn't tell you as i have not had a response to that questions despite asking a few days ago.
So far it has been 6 days since i paid for 1000 submissions to be done over 4 days and so far i have had only 164 submissions made for me.
As i say this is only my experience of this service i am overly happy so far.

I originally wanted the starter package but requested for just PR2+ links. Webmasterassistant was accommodating enough to customize me a deal for $350 PR2+ links. I had several other requests which he was more than willing to do. I've already received 50 PR2+ link submission confirmations and some of them already approved the submission.

The service has been completed and the report sent. I am still not happy at the level of service i received. The report says i was given over 1200 submissions despite only paying for 1000. However, i am finding it very hard to find any of my links on any of the sites. A few have emailed me and said submission accepted (very few) and i only had roughly 200 emails either asking me to confirm my email address or telling me they would get back to me after they have reviewed my submission.
Most of the sites are PR 0 with a few PR 1, 2, 3, 4 and one or two 5's and 6's. (though i couldn't find my link on them)
I'm sure this service has been great for many people (as the feedback would conclude) but i can only comment on the service i received and i was not happy.
The service is cheap so what have you got to lose? Give it a try. If it sucks then don't use again, leave a review so others can see and move on.
