Yes had a 2000+ karma account 9 months old today got shadowbanned for what exactly? Posting a simple reply in a subreddit. Didn't advertise or anything (maybe I should just appeal to reddit admins at this point?)

Likely due to the IP IMO what else could it have been?

I would suggest trying to find a private seller, someone that's making proxies from himself. Think these ip pools are way less flagged than typical sellers, harder to find though

IMO, stick to mobile proxies for anything social media related, least likely to get noticed, but you still have to follow account warming/creation best practices.

warming it up, idk how long that takes, and then posting in low karma threads to gain karma. maybe 1 or 2 comments a day?

That's very low usage so get 1GB and then see how much it takes for you to use it
