AdSense-approved websites

Hi everyone,

I’ve built several websites that have just been approved by AdSense and are now monetized. I can also create more sites on demand. I’m considering selling them but I’m not sure:

1. Is it actually possible to sell AdSense-approved sites?
2. Where are the best places or platforms to list them?
3. Do you think there’s enough demand to make this worthwhile, or is it a waste of time?
4. Given that these sites are newly built with low traffic, what would be an appropriate price?

Any advice or personal experience would be really helpful. Thanks!

No, I wouldn't sell them if they had income ) Many people have trouble getting their sites approved. That's why I said they might be interested in buying these types of sites for, say, $100 to $200.

this forum itself under marketplace section , but you gotta upgrade your account first .

i guess you could make more money with mininum effort if you sell the method itself instead of dealing with all the headache from creating website waiting for approval, transferring the website and support ..

I'm in a similar situation. I started creating niche websites for myself a while ago. I have over 10 years of experience in web and SEO. I got AdSense approval for my own site in 15 days. My goal is to create multiple sites for myself, develop SEO, get organic traffic, and earn passive income with AdSense.

Like you mentioned in your topic, I think we can organize a few websites in our spare time, create quality content for them, and sell them to people who are struggling to earn AdSense revenue and get AdSense approval. My target price is $500 per site.
