i have some fans on fanvue and there are many chat requests and i feel that the ppl want to chat a lot. it's very time consuming.
If i would have 100 fans it would make it impossible to handle for me.

Chatbots are not good i think and to hire a good chatter i don't earn enough. tricky situation for me.

How do you guys handle this?

There is no other option except chat bot or you can hire a human consultant on small budget which will help you to get engage your audience

Wow, if i was on a money making platform and my fans were talking to me, I would just talk to them and post updates about what I'm doing. I do programming and animations. So I would talk about projects and work.

I don't understand what the issue is? You want a no click no work solution or something. Don't be so naive and just chat to your fans, after all they want to spend money with you. lol you can only get money for doing nothing when your dead.

I wrote what's the problem. If you have 50 subscribers you are sitting the whole day chatting. How should i make content? It's not possible to do everything. That's why i searching for a solution.

"Well its been nice chatting with you for a few minutes but I got to make content, check out the platform for more great updates",

"Hi thanks for contacting me, I regularly upload content that you can checkout on the platform, stay updated there, its the best place. Talk soon."

Copy & paste.

Then on your days different, just catch up with all those waiting for a couple of days. For say 3 hours on a Saturday, and Wednesday. You can mix in random chatting, wherever you feel like it depending on the conversion. hopefully you read this, but

NO BOT OR AI CAN DO THIS SUCCESFULLY. PERIOD!!! lol There is a place for ai. Yes to maybe help generate you work flow content. But don't replace real humanity for bots, that's not what people pay for, unless they know it is that upfront.

Thank you. As you clearly can see i'm new in the business and i'm a bit overwelmed from guys telling me "oooh you don't want to talk with me" "I'm so sad you don't like me" because i didn't answered instantly. :)

I totally feel you on this. Managing chats on Fanvue can become overwhelming fast, especially as your fanbase grows. It’s great that people want to engage, but when time becomes a bottleneck, it’s a problem. I’ve found that a hybrid approach helps.

Start by creating high-quality pinned messages and automated welcome replies that feel personal—this filters out casual messages and keeps your inbox lighter. For more engaged fans, consider setting specific times for chatting (like 1-2 hours daily) and let them know when you're available.

Also, don't completely write off chatbots—some are evolving fast and with the right prompts, they can be surprisingly decent for basic convos. If/when your income grows, consider hiring a part-time VA trained in your tone. It’s all about balance—protect your time while keeping engagement high. You don’t need to be available 24/7 to build loyal fans.

You can find some chatters who charge a commission, usually about 10%. If there is no sales, there is no fee.

there are bunch of telegram groups where you can hire chatters for $2/hour

No experienced chatter will likely accept $2 per hour, so at that rate you should expect very low-quality results for what you’re paying.
