All my accounts that got banned recently receive this message. In the inbox. It is like a mix bag of all kinds of accounts some newer some older. Etc. Don't know what they mean breaking reddit?

It is a very mix bag Some accounts had no links or promotions. Just managing a subreddit with like 10 subs. As a mod it posted like 4 times 8 months ago. But the ban happened many months later. I haven't even login for a few months.

That sucks! Seems like Reddit's crackdown is hitting everyone randomly. Hope you manage to sort it out soon!

Got another random message from Reddit about banned account. This account had no links or promotions. Had a few hundred karma. Had a good normal history. First time I see this message in my inbox. Are they manually banning with human review? Maybe they are tracing my account link to previous account. I have no previous warning or bans. This account is clean last comment was 3 months ago. Started login 2 days ago. and warming up.

Managing a whole Reddit farm nowadays is like managing tons of facebook ads accounts, really hard, they are very sensible and any minor mistake can trigger a ban

that used to be the case, but not everyone is doing that, lol. most people arnt even ban evading or even commenting often, and all thier accounts were getting hit at once.

seems likely they are try to cull the numbers of users so and also disincentivizing them from logging in, just browsing so they can just do the bare minimum of exposing users to ads, reddit went public so that has alot to do with it, plus musk has pressured reddit more than once(and spez love musk).

im visiting the shadowban sub, where you can post your shadowban to see if your banned, and people have been posting that out of the blue thier accounts were banned for no reason at all.

That would be an AI banning people, they have been using that more than a normal ban.
