Hi, is there anyone who can help me for free? I just want to choose a good domain name but all the domain names are taken. Actually I want to choose a local regional domain name and move forward but I am not sure. I did a keyword research with Google Adwords. Most of them are taken I don't know how to do it. I just need help with this.

Hmmm. Get your creative juices going, is all I can say, either pick something cool branded with an .io or maybe ending with ...ingly, lol

Before you buy a domain, have a look and collect in a spreadsheet, 100 domain names in your list that are the serious competition, and related. THEN reflect on those for a few days, and brainstorm a few ideas with the help of chatgpt or whatever. Word of warning, DON'T check for any to register UNTIL you are ready to buy there and then, as its too easy now (which they do) for big names to register your domain if its good and you searched for it, and place it in their holding company, so you can't get it after all.

If we create a site with .io extension, will it work? Can I get an index? So, will websites with .com extension be one step ahead of me?

Nah not at all, it can be a BIG identifier. As an example I've been building my landing page in carrd.co (I'm to noob to remember the others I see! lol) but there are loads of examples of simple twists, and domain extensions included in the word.

Trust me go do the suggestion I said with a collection of the domains in that niche, then you'll be the guru for your niche. Nobody here will be able to touch you in terms of the advice you'll be able to give yourself for the niche you want.

There is much power in repetition. Many people underestimate their expertise by not plowing the fields with hard labour. a 100 domain analysis and even a basic ahrefs traffic & backlink report # (you can get both of these for free too!) and you won't be sharing that gold mine with anyone! lol

  1. forget keywords
  2. Branding is more important
  3. The more exotic and rare, the easier to rank for brand search.
  4. Ask guidance from chatgpt by giving your niche and whatnot.

Here are the things i do when creating a new domain/brand name .

1) Look for the synonyms
2) Take ideas from the ChatGTP
3) Take ideas from Domain Name Generators (there are many available you can google)

try to use not popular zones they still have a lot free good names

Hi, drums

I have used Nicenic's Free AI-Powered Domain Name Generator Tool, which I think is very good. As long as you enter your domain name idea, it will help you generate a series of domain names for you to choose from.

Choose a local domain by following these steps:

  1. Use Keyword Variations: Add location, niche, or action words (e.g., BestPlumberHanoi.com, HanoiPlumbingPro.vn).
  2. Try Local TLDs: Use country-specific extensions like .vn, .com.vn, or regional new TLDs (e.g., .asia, .city).
  3. Brand + Keyword: Combine a unique brand word with your main keyword (e.g., FixProHanoi.com).
  4. Use Domain Name Generators: Tools like LeanDomainSearch or NameMesh suggest available domains.
  5. Check Expired Domains: Use platforms like ExpiredDomains.net for SEO-rich expired domains.

Local domains are good for SEO—go for them if available.

You need to understand the idea for which you are choosing a domain. We should start from the topic and determine the zone for the domain, for example .com/.ru /.io/ .store. By zone, you can understand the geographical region of the site or the business area. Then turn on your imagination and try to come up with something short and easy, preferably without numbers and hyphens. Maybe some kind of association with your business, so that the audience immediately understands what you are doing.

Hi drums,

You’re running into a very common early-stage problem, and keyword research tools like Google Ads are great for demand, but they tend to push people toward names that are already obvious to everyone else.

That’s why they’re taken. In practice, good domain choices usually come from combining intent with context, not chasing the exact keyword.

I would say decide what you want the site to do first and then have ai generate names for it. That’s how I do it.
