Just move on mate, I've had 10's of accounts that had been suspended and to which I had appealed to (with email, phone, and sessions at hand). I don't recall even a single case where they'd return access to the account (and im talking about accounts that have had 50k+ followers). Unless you are a real and reputable name irl, X won't give a damn about you.

If you bought the account, the seller should've given you information pertinent to the account. All else, cut your losses and start fresh but it's best you weigh in that option.

Well that's weird. Sadly that's never happened to me nor anyone else I've talked to about account recovery or ownership verification for that matter so I it'd be difficult to comment on it outside of perhaps trying again at a later time (hopefully picked up by someone else at that point) and stressing you have the necessary info to confirm ownership and have active access to them, in case it was somehow overlooked the first time around.
