Premium Domains

I recently decided not to renew one domain as I had no plans for it. But, I casually checked it in GoDaddy today, it shows the domain as Premium with a cost of $1500, when I checked the domain with Whois, it shows that it is not Unavailable!!
1- How do I know if the domain I own is Premium?
2- What does Unavailable mean? Can I still buy or claim it?
3- Is there can domain worth calculators like many website worth calculators work?

Reply 1. You can judge whether a domain name is a premium domain name from the length, composition, suffix, traffic and keywords of the domain name. Short, easy-to-remember domain names containing popular words are more likely to be premium domain names. You can also check the domain name historical transaction price query website, or consult domain name evaluation agencies and experts.

Reply 2. "Unavailable" may be due to registration reservations, legal disputes, being locked, etc. If the domain name is not renewed but not registered or restricted, you may claim it through the registrar after the grace period. If it has been registered or restricted by others, it cannot be purchased.

1- How do I know if the domain I own is Premium?

if it has SEO, or nostalgic / brandability value then it's a premium.

SEO value means:

- it has lots and / or strong backlinks and RDs
- it ranks in google and / or google hasn't banned it
- it has traffic from quality sources (specialty forums, search engines, aged social accounts, etc)
- it has lots of pages indexed in google / lots of ranked keywords / either of these
- it's never been spammed (it's never had adult / warez / gambling / etc content and / or anchor texts) and it never changed its niche (topic) drastically
- it's short in general (up to 10-11 characters), and / or (not very long) EMD, and doesn't have / a lot of hyphens and / or numbers in it

Nostalgic / brandability value is hard to assess because it's ultra subjective, so it's a 50-50% chance that someone will find enough nostalgic / branding value in it (and hopefully they have the deep pockets to match their urge to have this specific domain) to be desperate to buy it...

As a Domain Investor The word premium it's not important then the domain value its ( Shortness, Clarity, Backlinks. ect)
- It's not available that means someone buy it and offer it for sell on GoDaddy marketplace like your mentioned domain
So if you want to return your domain than you have to buy it with its price or text me to help you if the domain deserve or to get another one

As a domain investor, could you please share how you sell your domains these days?
I have a few dozen previously purchased domains (mostly .com), and I’d like to know what - besides listing on Afternic - could help speed up their sale?
