Hi everyone,
Long-time lurker here. After reading several journeys on this forum, especially the one from @Plastic Bowl , which gave me the final push, I decided to start documenting mine.
My goal is to reach €500/month in recurring income to help cover university rent, using AI-generated adult content.
I generate everything manually using Stable Diffusion on RunPod with Automatic1111.
I trained a custom LoRA for both face and body. No automation, no assistants, no mass schedulers, all creation and posting is done by hand, one step at a time.

Current status
  • Instagram: ~700 followers after 1 month. All organic. A few collabs and SFS with other creators, no paid promos.
  • Patreon: launched 3 days ago. One subscriber at €19.96. That’s the top tier with a 30% discount applied.
  • Reddit and Tumblr: started posting last week. Posts are getting some attention (likes/upvotes) but not converting.
  • Using Linktree to drive traffic from stories to Patreon. Tried countdowns, blurred previews, polls, still testing.

Money so far
  • Earned: €19.96
  • Spent: €31.81
  • Net: –€11.85

What I plan to do next
I’m still figuring out what works, but this is the current draft of my plan:
  • Post regularly on Reddit with a mix of captions and subreddit styles
  • Clean up Tumblr profile and queue daily content
  • Test different pricing structures on Patreon, especially low-tier options
  • Possibly open a Fanvue to test alternative monetization
  • Evaluate story formats and engagement on IG weekly
  • Research light automation tools (content queues, scheduling)
  • Start organizing photosets better by theme/format to speed up output

Posting schedule
I’ll try to update this thread every 2–3 days with progress and numbers.
If you’ve worked with similar funnels or know good ways to boost conversion from Reddit/Tumblr, suggestions are welcome. Also open to ideas on how to streamline production or expand to new platforms.

Thanks for reading. Looking forward to learning more and sharing what works.

You have two loras ?
how much do you spend on runpod?
You use fanvue ? Or only fans ?

Hi, yes, I trained two LoRAs, one for the face and one for the body.
At the beginning, I spent a bit more just to understand how everything worked, but now it costs me around $0.20 per generation, depending on what I’m creating.
Right now, I’m only using Patreon, but I’ll probably open a Fanvue soon.
I don’t use OnlyFans because they don’t allow AI models.

Good luck with your journey, your whole success will depend on the quality of your generated images.
Also, are you posting reels or only images in your Instagram profile?

Hi, thanks! I’m satisfied with the content so far but it definitely needs improvements.
Right now I’m only posting images. I did one reel made entirely from photos, inspired by a trending format I saw on Instagram.

Can you recommend some guide for creating 18+ AI Content with stablediffusion? How did you learn that? Thanks

what other monetization vectors you will use besides Fanvue?
Good luck on your journey!

Learn from you, can you share more?

Hi, I don’t have a specific guide to recommend. I started by checking a few posts online about how to use Automatic1111, tested different Stable Diffusion models from CivitAI, and looked up best practices for prompting. For LoRA training I used kohya_ss. On RunPod there are some POD templates that let you run multiple tools on the same machine. For generation, an RTX 4090 or 4000ada is more than enough. For poses I use datasets from CivitAI or pose sites I found online.

Good luck on your journey!

Thanks!
At the moment I'm using Patreon as my only monetization channel. I'm planning to try Fanvue soon and see how it goes. For now I don’t have other monetization methods in mind.

Thanks, I’ll take a look at Uncove and see if it could be a good fit for my setup.
Also, thanks for the offer, I’ve already trained my LoRAs so I’m good on that for now, but I appreciate it. If you’ve discovered anything that worked well or have useful tips, feel free to share them here so others can benefit too.

It's weird, I am starting this journey as well at least similar. I got a bit of a twist how I want to do this, but its exciting to know you can make almost a single fake life off of generations. I feel though $500 is def achievable in near future.

True, with a bit of consistency and direction, it really feels like this can turn into something solid. Feel free to share any suggestions or ideas here too, could be helpful to both of us.

How's your growth on IG going? Any sites you recommend that are worth collabing with?

I’m seeing some growth but it’s been pretty slow, to be honest. Still trying to figure out why. Right now I’m only doing SFS and post collabs with similar pages, nothing beyond that yet.

Wow. I want to do the same thing as you, but I never get around to it.
