Looking for a system to manage clients

Hi all, I'm looking for something like a spreadsheet we're information can be added but cannot be edited Afterward

It can only be edited with permission.

Is there anything that would match my requirements?

How would this work if they have to input the information on a daily basis?

This issue is to stop clients from changing information days after it has been entered into the sheet.

You just set permissions so only the author (you) can change info and everyone else can just view it. Literally Google how to do it.

I went to their show in my hometown and I personally felt they were a good for nothing company based on what they told us all there.

Bitrix24 is an optimal choice, as it offers many customer management features, you can try checking it out.

What about a form such as gravity forms where data can be entered, and then a connector that sends it to Google sheets (I can’t think off the top of my head, but I know there are some plugins that do this).

That way you can get love data from clients but they can’t edit.

Then if they need to see what they’ve entered, they can have view only access to the backend spreadsheet.

The underlying issue here is staff stealing from the company.

And the company has asked me if I can think of a solution.

So I could build a data entry form for each member of staff.

And each form would submit the data to its own spreadsheet.

So now I need away to make that form easily accessible for each member of staff.

A shortcut or icon on there phone would be perfect.
