I usually don’t post negative reviews, but my recent experience with Proxy Marketplace has compelled me to share this.


I contacted their support for something as simple as changing my payment method a basic feature that ideally should work directly through their site. Instead of assisting me or offering a solution, they blocked my account without any warning or explanation.


This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable from a company claiming to offer professional services. I don’t know what kind of attitude problem their team is dealing with, but this is not how you treat paying customers.


If you can't handle basic customer service or don’t want to provide support, you shouldn’t be running a business. There are plenty of alternatives out there with better service and respectful communication.


I do not recommend Proxy Marketplace to anyone. Look elsewhere if you value your time and money.
