Comedy/slice of life is Nichijou or Danshi koukousei no nichijou (two different series, both quite funny). For some lighthearted slice of life you could go for the Russian Alya one, Sakurasou for some drama. Mostly I just go for LNs so not sure if I've missed better ones in recent releases.

Just search “Japanese anime” on YouTube—watch everything in the top 10, like Demon Slayer, Bleach, and One Piece.

Anything wojak. Thats the bread and butter of hustler animation. You have to have a go at making your own wojaks. There is nothing as much fun and where you can be as creativity satirical about life i think.
