unable to pm etc - posts dont increase.

can someone get the attention of a moderator, as they fixed my account the other day and now none of my posts count that I had before and none of my new posts count, even when I am posting in threads that should.
I sent 2 emails to support, but all I ever get is that email address is not monitored so I must be using the wrong place..."contact us"??

so...if someone can let a moderator know.. maybe I won't be a newbie with 0 posts for the rest of my life.

You have made 1 post in a section where posts go to your post count. There's no error.

There was a glitch a few days ago that turned many members into newbies even when they had 700+ posts. Maybe your problem is related to that. You should try PMing a moderator instead of emailing them. You can find out who the mods are in stickied threads announcing new mods, etc.

Also, this should have been in the Forum Suggestions and Feedback section.
