Error in payment of outstanding balance and payment method

I have a problem paying the balance in my account, I can't pay the balance and I can't add a new payment method.

Please try to delete the old payment method and add or try to replace the new card. If it does not work, please check your account for any restrictions. If the error persists, please contact Meta support for assistance.

Try changing browsers, using clean IP or other cards (Visa/Master, PayPal).
