If I create a profile post saying "Signature space getting freed up on 25th June",

Will it be against the rules or something?

Because I think we have to create a BST in the want to rent signature subforum in Jr VIP section I believe.

Some clarity would be appreciated.

Yes, posting a profile message such as "Signature space getting freed up on 25th June" would be considered advertising, and it is against BHW rules to advertise signature space outside of the approved Marketplace section.
