One of my domains is in same value as your on godaddy but I haven't had any real value as website because it has with dummy content for years so there is no logic of selling it 1500 $ just because it is 3 4 years old or has a semi brandable name but has no real value

I think you can not advertise or sell outside the marketplace. And also without a premium account. Mods won't be too happy about it. Read the rules, mate!
