What’s the point of them being big when we won’t receive much traffic now, free content use was fine till traffic was being send. Maybe publishers won’t be brave enough but I feel it’ll be a big mistake if not now wait till it goes zero …. Upset rant but seriously to get traffic now will be an uphill task

Block them from what? Like indexing sites themselves?

From borrowing your fresh content and what’s the point if it’s gonna result in zero clicks and zero traffic. Maybe over believing it’ll happen but only a matter of time

Its like saying given most big companies pay less than fair wages so lets all stop working. Never going to happen.

Eventually, everyone would reach a consensus to block them.

None of my sites are seriously targeting Google, but not yet blocked. Only a very tiny amount of traffic comes from Google om those.

Not sure about blocking, but it's definitely time to find alternatives and reduce dependence on Google

Wher are you getting traffic from? Bing and other search engines? If you don't mind to answer

Pinterest, very tiny from Google. Then I have a site that gets some traffic from Bing.

I have plans to revise all my blogs to now be IWA's. Those that think blogs will be relevant 5 years from now with people using ai more are stuck in the past. Its the same revolution happening, as instead of going to your local library to read paperbacks, you now read the books at home on your tablet.

Its the same with blogs. For information people use ai now. For memorable experiences? That certainly can't be a blog. It has to be an IWA.

If people want to read they ask AI now. If people want an enjoyable experience that they can't get on an ai model, and never will, they turn to IWA's.

Interactive web application! :)

Does what it says on the tin, and can't be just copy and pasted, or abused by an ai.
