I prefer watching neither. Not a contact sports person. (IDK if MMA is a sport or not in the first place though.)

MMA for sure. The UFC puts the best cards on regularly. Boxing is cool too but the cards will have just 1 good fight in the main and that's it

MMA is certainly more entertaining, but classic boxing is more humane. I would choose both, depending on my mood
