How strict are alt ad networks (PropellerAds etc.) about blackhat stuff?

I'm considering networks like PropellerAds, RichAds, PopCash and similar ones to buy traffic for my site.

My site doesn't look scammy, but is monetized through downloadable copyrighted material behind CPA content lockers.

Would a site like mine likely be rejected during their network ad review, or do most networks like these turn a blind eye to copyrighted downloads and stuff like movie streaming?

They tend to have guidelines against copyrighted material and might flag it during review. Some might be more lenient, but it's a bit of a gamble. Maybe check their specific policies or reach out directly to see if they're okay with your setup.

Yeah...and most networks like this require pre-payment, so rejection would suck without a backup plan. I wonder if using networks like this for just gathering leads before directing them to the naughty stuff could be an idea.
